Info Bytes Media Pty Ltd (ABN 90 092 712 386), trading as InfoBytes, works with established retailers and wholesalers to establish and operate marketplace sales channels.

PostHog Cloud processes website analytics in the United States or European Union region selected for the website. Where practical, we choose reputable providers and take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately. The countries involved can vary with the platforms and providers authorised for a particular engagement.

We use PostHog for aggregate website analytics. It is configured in cookieless mode and does not store analytics identifiers in cookies, local storage or session storage. We do not identify visitors in PostHog or send contact-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or business details to it.

The analytics integration records page views, page exits and selected actions such as contact-form starts, validation outcomes, successful enquiries, primary contact-button selections, phone selections and email selections. Broad interaction autocapture, heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, performance capture, exception capture and feature flags are disabled.

This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural profiling. Our hosting and security providers may process technical request data and use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the website.

If we introduce advertising technology or other material tracking, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choices required for that use.

We store personal information in the business systems we use and in systems operated by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

You may ask to access personal information we hold about you or request that inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading information be corrected. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request.
