Why should I sell on marketplaces?

Selling on marketplaces allows you to promote your brand by exposing it more customers without having to spend a fortune on online marketing.

How does the integration work?

The integration is designed to work seemlessly with your chosen eCommerce. You will be able to manage the process as per your existing work flow. For example your products will be pushed from Shopify to the marketplace. Then the orders will be imported into Shopify and tagged with the name of the marketplace. And order reference details are entered in the order notes in Shopify. You then enter your tracking number into Shopfiy and our app will send it directly to the marketplace to complete the fulfillment process. You can also process returns directly from your store.

What if I already have listings on a marketplace but they are not performing well?

Yes! Many clients are leaving money on the table by not optimizing their listings. Improving your titles, feature bullet points, descriptions, images and keywords and attributes can all be optimized to improve your visibility and conversions.

How quickly can I be listed on marketplaces?

For most clients, we can have you live on multiple marketplaces within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity and size of your catalog and marketplace onboarding timelines. Note most marketplaces have a manual review process and compliance check which can take a few days to complete.
